Can Ullastre is a Country House
, built in 2005 , and located near the village of Son Servera
,
1 km , in the North-East of Majorca. The finca surroundings are
full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those
trees are blooming during the months of January and February.
You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes by car and
here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical
restaurants and bars. Also 1.5 km is Cala Millor , Costa
de los Pinos , Cala Bona , all of them Sandy beaches …
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor , Sa Coma and S´Illot
offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife
entertainment , of course , You Can find also a sandy beaches
in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water
sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and
Son Servera , are situated some excellent golf courses. You should
visit Arta with its beautifully renovated town centre and the
fantastic "Canyamel Caves"!
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic
centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical
bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves
of Canyamel" " where you can see one of the highest
freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and " Caves
of Drach.

The Villa Has 11.000 mª
and the House has 160 mª + Covered Terrace .

1 double bedroom with double-bed of 150 cm + 1 complete bathroom
,en suite, with bath.
2 double bedroom with twin-beds each 90 cm + 1 complete bathroom
with bath.
The Kitchen with Its Larder is fully equipped for
6 people or more and It is provided of :
washing-machine , dishwasher , dryer-machine , microwave ,...etc

There is , also , a Fire-Place and a dinning-area for 6 people
or more .
The Great living-room
, very spacious and shining and It has , also , a dinning area
with another Fire-Place , closed this one , and It is provided
of :
Satellite TV , DVD , CD Player ,....etc .
The Covered Terrace has
40 mª with dinning area and Barbecue and provided of sun-beds
and with marvellous views over the Private Pool ( 8m x 4m ) and
with depth of ( 0.60 x 1.80 ) , with corner steeps .
The Great Garden ,with exterior, shower in the Pool area
and with Nice Mountains Views.
