Can Nebot is a Country House of 15.000 mª , built in 2006 , and located near
the village of Son Servera ,2 km , in the North-East of Majorca and 3 km to the Pula Golf and 5 km Costa de Los Pinos Golf and 3 km from Costa De Los Pinos Beach and with nice Open Views and nice mountain views .

The finca surroundings are full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those trees are blooming during the months of January and February. You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes by car and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Also 1.5 km is Costa de los Pinos , Cala Bona ,…all of them Sandy beaches …
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor , 2 km , Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment , of course , You Can find also a sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera , are situated some excellent golf courses. You should visit Arta with its beautifully renovated town centre and the fantastic "Canyamel Caves"!
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves of Canyamel" " where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and " Caves of Drach.

The House has 370 mª and Has 4 double bedrooms and 3 completle Bathrooms + 1 Toillette , Central Heating on the Floor in everywhere and Nices Views over the Mountains .

The Living-room with Sattelitte TV ...etc .It is very shining and very spacious with Fire Place and dinning area ... It is looking to the Terrace with Marvellous Views to the mountains.
The Dinning area is Next to the kitchen.

Washing-machine , dishwasher , oven , cooker vitro , microwave , fridge ...etc.
It is provided also with dinning area .

The Main Bedroom with Twin-beds of 90 cm each
