Location

The villa is located 2 km from Artá , is an authentic and romantic town with old, narrow streets and the beautifully restored centre. The Finca Son Catiu is just the right spot to start excursions discovering the North of the island by car, or taking long walks around this beautiful town. Within only a few minutes you can reach several of the small "calas" situated on the North and East coast, like Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta. The long and sandy beaches of Alcudia and Cala Millor are approx. 10 minutes away (by car). Various interesting golf courses, like Canyamel, Son Servera and Capdepera, are in easy reach.

Son Catiu Villa Completely reformed in the year 2.006 has 2.000 mª
and the House has 180 mª distributed as follow :

First Floor :

There are 2 double bedrooms :
1 with double-bed of 150 cm + 1 complete bathroom en suite .
1 with Twin-beds of 90 cm each .
+ 2 single bedrooms .
( In one of those It Can install a bunk-beds if it will be necessary an extra bed or
sofa-bed 135 cm ) .
+1 Shower-room .

Next to the Living-room there is a dinning area for 8 people and there is a Satellite TV .
The kitchen is full equipped for 8 people and there are :
Fridge , Oven , glass-cooker dishwasher , washing-machine , microwave ,…etc.
The Living-room and the kitchen are looking to a very nice terrace with marvellous views over the mountains and also over Artá ( Old Town , 2 km faraway ).

In the Exterior area :

It is the best of the house with the Private swimming-pool ( 10m x 5m) long
and depth ( 0.80m x 1.80m ) and with roman steeps and with Its Magnificent SPA and
there is also a Barbecue area with a rest area with sofas …and with dinning area.
On the Ground floor there is another shower-room for the pool area.

Prices season 2008 per week :

June / September : 1.300 €
July / August : 1.600 €
May / October : 1.200 €
Rest : 1.000 €

There will be enough towels and linen for all the stay. Clean service NOT included …
