Can Mim Villa has approximately 7.200 mª and it is
located on the road between Cala Millor
And Costa de los Pinos , in a very nice area called Sa
Plana , ( Rustic Villas area ) .
Can Mim House is complete ready and equipped for 4 people ( Could
be an Extra - Pax , previous requirement ).It is located 3 km
from Son Servera Town .
Can Mim house hat 110 mª + Terraces and It is a Typical
Majorcan style House , furnished and decorated with naturalness
style but with a Great taste and with many details and there
is also Its Own orchard , It will be delicious for our clients
because The Owners are very friendly and
lovely people and sure that They will give some presents and
some delights for our clients , of their own orchard.
The Living-room and the Kitchen united in the
same place , are very cosy and there are directly access to the
different exits and terraces …
The Living-room with fire-place , there is also a satellite TV
, CD ,…etc.
The kitchen is small but very coquettish , Majorcan style and
complete equipped with :
Glass-cooker , microwave , small fridge , toaster , coffee pot
,…
The larder , next to the kitchen , is complete provided of enough
crockery for 6 people or more , complete equipped with : washing-machine
, dryer-clothes , dishwasher ,
another fridge ( big ) , …etc.
The dinning-area is very rustic and It has a table for
eat 6 or more people , and it is allocated next to the kitchen
and there is directly access to a one covered terrace with a
dinning area also for eat in the exterior area if You prefer

There are 2 double bedrooms
1 double bedroom , very spacious
and with double-bed of 150 cm .
1 double bedroom with twin-beds of 90 cm each + 1 shower-room
, en suite.
1 complete bathroom with bath.
There are various Covered
Terraces around the house ….
Next to the water tanker ( Cistern water ) of 4m x 4m Long and
a depth of 1.60 m ,
we can find a covered terrace with sun-beds and a dinning area
for eat if you like .
The Villa has water cistern of its own deep pool .
There is also , in a corner of the Villa , the covered Barbecue
with grill …
The views are very nice , clear and over the mountains , from
some points of
Villa Can Mim you Can see the Costa de los Pinos sea ( Sandy
beach ).

June / September : 1.000 €
July / August : 1.200 €
May / October : 950 €
Rest : 850 €
The prices includes a change
of towels , linen and a small cleaning once a week .
