Manacor is well-known for its pearl manufactured , where fantastic artificial pearls of superior quality are sold in factory outlets.
The romantic "calas" along the East coast of the island invite to have a refreshing swim in their crystalline blue waters or sunbath on their sandy shores. Within a radius of 15 km around the finca you can find various excellent golf courses, like Vall d`Or, Sera de Pula, Canyamel and Costa de los Pinos.
Also you can find a sandy Beautiful beaches only 4 km away in :
Pto.Cristo , S'Illot , Sa Coma , Cala Romántica , Cala Mandía , Cala Anguila ,…

Villa Maria Has 7.000 mª and the House has 150 mª + Covered Terrace + Exterior area.
There is Central-heating in everywhere and Air conditioned in every bedrooms .

1 double bedroom with double-bed of 150 cm
+ 1 complete bathroom ,en suite, with Shower-room.
2 double bedroom with twin-beds each 90 cm .
1 complete bathroom with bath.

The Living-room , very spacious and shining and It has , also , a dinning area for 8 people
and It is provided of Satellite TV , ....etc .
It is Looking to the covered Terrace with Gas Grill and also with another dinning area.

The Kitchen full equipped and decorated in Rustic Majorcan Style with Its Larder is fully equipped for 6 people or more and It is provided of :
Fridge , Oven , washing-machine , dishwasher , glass-cooker , microwave ,...etc .

The Covered Terrace has with dinning area and Gas grill and Portable BBQ .
There is also a Typical Majorcan Style Wood Oven .
The best of the Villa without any doubt is the Private Pool ( 8m x 4m )
and with depth of ( 0.60 x 1.80 ) , with a fantastic toboggan and a table Tennis
( Ping-Pong Table ) and Basket of Basketball , for pass a beautiful Holidays with children.
