The country house is located in a situation near the town San Llorenç , in the North-East of Majorca. The finca lies in very quite surroundings with fantastic panoramic views. The village San Lorenzo is about 2 km away and Arta about 10 km. In Arta you find good shopping opportunities as well as a recently newly redesigned welcoming city. The Excellent golf courses can be found near Son Servera, Canyamel and Capdepera.
The Sa Real Villa is located 8 km from Son Servera village and 10 km from sandy beaches of Cala Millor , Cala Bona ,Costa de los Pinos , …etc.

Sa Real Villa has a surface of 200 mª .The distribution is as follow :

The living room with satellite TV , DVD , ….etc.
The dining area is next to the living room and next to the kitchen .
