Location

The villa is located 1 km from Artá , is an authentic and romantic town with old, narrow streets and the beautifully restored centre. Sa Font Villa is just the right spot to start excursions discovering the North of the island by car, or taking long walks around this beautiful town. Within only a few minutes you can reach several of the small "calas" situated on the North and East coast, like Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta. The long and sandy beaches of Alcudia and Cala Millor are approx. 10 minutes away (by car). Various interesting golf courses, like Canyamel, Son Servera and Capdepera, are in easy reach.

Accommodations:

Sa Font Villa has 15.000 mª and the House has Central-heating in everywhere and It is decorated with very good taste and The Authentic Majorcan Style with 220 mª distributed as follow :

Ground Floor :

The Rustic kitchen , Majorcan style with fire-place , has a dinning area with table for 8 or more people and it is fully equipped with :
Glass-cooker , oven , dishwasher , microwave ,…etc.
The dinning area with a table for 10 people it is next to the kitchen and together in the same place with the Living-room with wood fire , as well is completely equipped with Satellite TV , DVD , …etc.
The Kitchen , the dinning area and the living-room are very spacious and very shining and they are looking to the terrace with nice views over the mountains and to the private pool.
Also there are the larder and the laundry-room equipped with the washing-machine , iron ,
clothes drying-place ,…etc.
There is also a high chair for children .
1 double bedroom with twin-beds of 90 cm each.
1 complete bathroom with shower.

First Floor :

There is another Living-room very spacious and shining with local TV
and with a double sofa-bed of 140 cm.
The Main Bedroom with double bed of 160 cm
+ 1 complete bathroom with hydro-massage bath , en suite .
