Son Embulls is a Country House of 14.000 mª , built in 2007 , and located near
the village of Son Servera ,3 km , in the North-East of Majorca and 4 km to the Pula Golf and 5 km Costa de Los Pinos Golf and 4 km from Costa De Los Pinos Beach and with nice Open Views and nice mountain views .

The finca surroundings are full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those trees are blooming during the months of January and February. You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes by car and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Also 4 km is Costa de los Pinos , Cala Bona ,…all of them Sandy beaches …
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor , 3 km , Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment , of course , You Can find also a sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera , are situated some excellent golf courses. You should visit Arta with its beautifully renovated town centre and the fantastic "Canyamel Caves"!
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves of Canyamel" " where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and " Caves of Drach.

The House has 300 mª and Has 4 double bedrooms and 3 complete Bathrooms .
Air Conditioning in every bedrooms and Central Heating in everywhere and
Nice Sea Views and over the Mountains and also to the Private Pool .

The Living-room with Satellite TV ...etc .It is very shining and very spacious with Fire Place and dinning area ... It is looking to the covered Terrace with Marvellous Sea Views and over the mountains.
The Dinning area is Next to the kitchen.
The Kitchen is complete equipped :
Dishwasher , oven , Glass-cooker , microwave , fridge ...etc.
It is provided also with dinning area for 8 people.

The Main Bedroom with double bed of 150 cm and Local TV
+ 1 Complete Bathroom en suite with shower-cabin .
Also It is provide of Laundry-room with washing-machine , iron , clothes drying-place ,…etc.
1 Complete Bathroom with shower-room .

On the First Floor There are :

1 double bedroom with double bed of 150 cm .
1 double bedroom with Twin-beds of 90 cm each.
1 double bedroom with Twin-beds of 90 cm each + Local TV
1 Complete Bathroom with Bath .

Every bedrooms on the first floor are looking to a very large Terrace ( 40 mª ) with Marvellous
Sea Views and mountain views and also views over the Pool area . Fantastic views .

In the Exterior area there is a Large Terrace with dinning area and
The Private Pool ( 10m x 5m ) and ( 0.80mx 1.80m ) of depth and with Exterior shower .
With nice Sea views and over the mountains .
There is also a Portable Barbecue of coal / carbon.

Prices season 2008 per week :

July / August : 2.000 €
Rest : 1.400 €

In the price is include once in a week 1 change towel and linen + 1 small cleaning …
