Location:

Es Serral D'es Vent D'Alt is a Country House , built in 2007 , and located Between the village of Son Servera ,1 km , and Cala Millor , 1.5 km , in the North-East of Majorca. The finca surroundings are full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those trees are blooming during the months of January and February. You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes by car and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Also 2 km is Costa de los Pinos , Cala Bona ,…all of them Sandy beaches …
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor , 1.5 km , Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment , of course , You Can find also a sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera , are situated some excellent golf courses. You should visit Artá with its beautifully renovated town centre and the fantastic "Canyamel Caves"!
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves of Canyamel" " where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and " Caves of Drach.

Accomodation

The Villa Has 10.000 mª and the House has 130 mª + Covered Terrace .
The House has 3 double bedrooms with Air Conditioning ( warm-cold) in every bedrooms :
1 double bedroom with double-bed of 150 cm
+ 1 complete bathroom ,en suite, with Shower-room.
2 double bedroom with twin-beds each 90 cm
+ 1 complete bathroom with bath.

The Kitchennette is fully equipped for 6 people and It is provided of :
Fridge , Glass-cooker , Oven , washing-machine , dishwasher , microwave ,...etc .
There is , also , a dinning area for 6 people .

The Living-room together in the same place with the kitchen ,
very shining there is an Open Wood Fire-Place and It is provided of :
Satellite TV , DVD , CD Player ,....etc .

The Covered Terrace has 15 mª with dinning area and Portable Barbecue of coal and provided of 6 sun-beds and with marvellous views over the Private Pool ( 8m x 5m )
and with depth of ( 1m x 2m ) , with corner steeps and with exterior shower .
The Exterior area have the private Pool area and with Nice Mountains Views and also
A very nice sea views over Cala Millor Bay .

Prices season 2008 per week :

July / August : 1.500 €
June / September : 1.300 €
May / October : 1.000 €
Rest : 900 €

In the price is included once Change Towels and linen in a week
and Garden and pool Maintenance.
