Son Peretó Location
Placed between the villages of
Manacor and The San Llorenç , Son Peretó
is a Country House that dates to the S XIII,
restored and reformed in 1996 supports the whole captivation
and part of the original constructions, an ancient mill, the
washer, the ship arched for cars and other dependences that have
not suffered modifications.
The furniture combines with captivation of the rustic Majorcan
style with the comforts of our time, obtaining the like that
one a Cozy and Elegant aspect in the whole house.
The house is surrounded for 92.000m ª with rustic area which
guarantees the tranquility and independence. The surroundings
of the house are ideal to realize long treks, or to go in bicycle
for long calm ways.
To 500m of the house they find the ruins of one of the most ancient
early Christian Church of Majorca, which gives name to the zone,
the whole zone possesses a great archaeological Roman richness
and Pre Roman. Some of Its marvels they are in Manacor's nearby
Museum.
Manacor is a Village with 40.000 inhabitants wherefrom there
goes out a train of regular form to Palm and where we can find
big supermarkets, malls, cinemas, Pearls Majorica, hospital,
drugstores, mount astride, … several cultural tours can
be done by the churches, cloister, etc.. Possibilities for the
lovers of the Golf there are many in the zone, 12 to 20
Km are the fields of Sa Rotana, Vall d'Or, Pula Golf of 18
holes (Majorca European Classics), Golf Costa de los Pinos
of 9 holes, Canyamel's Golf of 18 holes, Capdepera's Golf
… The coast is to 15Km, where it is possible to dive, do
surf, sandy beaches , ect … coastal nearby Zones are Cala
Millor, Canyamel, Porto Cristo ,…
Manacor's Port calls Porto Cristo and it is placed to
13Km of the city. Former it was a village of fishermen that already
existed in the 12th century, but at present it has turned into
a tourist center of the first order and adds to its big attractions,
of of the Caves of the "Drach" and of "Hams".
Two natural formidable caverns that have given International
Reputation to the locality.
Accomodation
The house has a Rustic Kitchen
with a lot of captivation, chimney totally equipped for 6
(Washer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas cooker , toaster,
coffee pot …),
with table and chairs for 6 persons and pantry.
One Cozy Dining Room with table and chairs for 6 persons,
room of sofas are with chimney, also is the television, DVD,
TV-SAT, CD, radio…

1 double bedroom with 1 double
bed.
2 double bedrooms with 2 beds
2 complete bathrooms, one with bath and other one with shower.
Exterior Area
Close to the house there are
a Covered Terrace with hurdle, a table and chairs for
6 persons, to the side, a Barbecue, an oven of small and
ancient gas a small fridge for eat outside.
In the garden close to the swimming pool, 6 hammocks and
2 parasols invite to the rest and to sunbathing.
The swimming pool (8mx4m) (0.80x1.80) is purified by salt (not
with chlorine) which is much more natural and healthy. We have
a chair for children and a cradle.
There is Ventilators and fire-extinguisher in case of fire.
