The Costa de los Pinos Area is located in Son Servera
Village to approximately 4 Km from the urban nucleus , to 2 km
from Cala Bona and to 4 of Cala Millor. To only 500m of 2 wonderful
coves (small beaches) little known, the Torrent dels Morts and
it is Rivell, ideal for the children, with crystalline waters
and corners where to play without the danger of getting lost.
To 1 Km there is the beach of the Coast of the Pines and to 4
that of Cala Millor.
For the lovers of the golf The Golf Club is to 1km and
to only 4 km Pula Golf, to 15 km they are that of Canyamel
and to 20 km that of Arta.
There are many possibilities of practising different Sports :
Aquatics , Equine ( There are Wonderful messes of horses in Artá
and in capdepera ).
Cala Bona with its small Fishing Port , Cala Millor
with its Sandy Beaches , They are different of the local
possibilities , its beaches, Walks, Shops, Restaurants , offer
variation and amusement to the visitors.

and The House has 200 m ª + Terraces.
The house arranges Air Conditioning ( Cold - Heat ) in
2 Bedrooms and in the Lounge .

The House has 3 double Bedrooms:
3 Bedrooms with 2 beds each one of 90 cm.
2 complete bathrooms with bath , one of them in suite.
The very spacious and shining
Lounge, with large panoramic windows of Mediterranean
style, with chimney of wood and TV Satellite and with Air Conditioning
( Cold - Heat ) decorated with supreme Taste and Detail. It is
provide a zone of dining room with a table of for 8 Persons.
With direct access to the covered Terrace with marvellous views
over the garden and to the private swimming pool.
The Kitchen , with table to eat, is totally equipped:
gas cooker, Electrical Oven, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge ,
… The kitchen and the lounge have direct exit to different
terraces with wonderful views over the Garden and to the private
swimming pool; with a table for 8 persons and another table for
6 persons.
Also there is a Larder totally equipped with China and
kitchen utensils

The Covered Terraces
around all the house of approximately 40 m ª with Portable
Barbecue and different zones to eat and with Marvellous Views
