Location:
is a Country House , built in
2005 , and located near the village of Son Servera ,
1 km , in the North-East of Majorca , in Son Floriana
area . The finca surroundings are full of almond trees and especially
beautiful when all those trees are blooming during the months
of January and February. You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes
by car and here you can find good shopping possibilities and
various typical restaurants and bars. Also 1.5 km is Costa
de los Pinos , Cala Bona ,…all of them Sandy
beaches …
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor , 2 km , Sa
Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants,
bars and nightlife entertainment , of course , You Can find also
a sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various
kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera,
Canyamel and Son Servera , are situated some excellent golf courses.
You should visit Arta with its beautifully renovated town centre
and the fantastic "Canyamel Caves"!
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic
centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical
bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves
of Canyamel" " where you can see one of the highest
freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and " Caves
of Drach.

The Villa Has 6.000 mª and
the House has 140 mª + 180 mª Terraces .
The House has 3 bedrooms :
1 double bedroom with double-bed of 2m x 2m
+ 1 complete bathroom ,en suite, with bath.
2 double bedroom with twin-beds each 1m x 2m
1 complete bathroom with shower-room .
Also there is a sofa-bed of 135
cm or an Extra Bed .
The Kitchen is fully equipped
for 6 people or more and It is provided of :
Fridge , Oven , washing-machine , dishwasher , microwave ,...etc
.
The Great Living-room ,
very spacious and shining and It has , also , a dinning area
with a closed Fire-Place and It is provided of :
Satellite TV , DVD , CD Player ,....etc .
The Covered Terrace has 80 mª
with dinning area for 6 persons and the Great Barbecue
and provided of sun-beds and with marvellous views over the Private
Pool ( 9m x 4m )
and with depth of ( 0.80 x 1.60 ) , with corner steeps .
The exterior area , Mediterranean Style has exterior shower
in the Pool area with sun-beds and with Nice Mountains Views.
