Oasis is a fantastic luxury Villa very elegant and very pleasant.
It is decorated with very good taste and the authentic majorcan style with several covered terrace with Mediterranean
style balconies.
The Villa is situated in a very splendid and very quite area and located 1km from the beautiful and typical Majorcan
town of Son Servera with his famous Golf course “ S´Era de Pula “ (with his magnificent restaurant).
Take a walk on the tipical market at friday morning in Son Servera. At 8 km you reach Artá in the North of the island.
Artá is an authentic and romantic town with old, narrow streets and a beautifully restored centre.
The white and long sandy beaches nearly are 3km – 5km (Costa de los Pinos and Cala Millor Beaches). Within only
a few minutes you can reach several of the small "calas" situated on the North and East coast, like Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta.
Various interesting golf courses, like Canyamel, Son Servera and Capdepera are in easy reach.
Accomodation
The house lies in a 15.000 mª big area and Oasis Villa has 350 mª
with every comforts and equipped in a high standing. All the House is decorated very elegant
and tastefully furnished.
You have Central-heating and air conditioned.
Ground Floor
The living-room is very elegant and comfortable with satellite TV, DVD and a closed fire-place.
The elegant dining room has a large dinning table.
The Kitchen is fully equipped for 10 people with: Fridge, oven, vitro-cooker, dishwasher, washing-machine,
dryer-machine, microwave etc. There is also a Laundry-room next to the kitchen.
You have 2 double bedrooms:
2 double-bedrooms with twin-beds
+ 2 complete bathrooms with bath en suite.
1 Toilete-room.
First Floor
Here you have 3 double bedrooms:
1 Main Bedroom with double-bed + 1 dressing-room + 1 private terrace with marvellous sea views and

Also there is a covered Parking at the back of the house and you have barbecue.
The surroundings invite to long walks by bike or horses walks or to stay in a romantic house corner with a good book.
