It is decorated with very good taste and the authentic majorcan style with several covered terrace with Mediterranean

The Villa is situated in a very splendid and very quite area and located 2km from the beautiful and typical Majorcan
town of Son Servera with his famous Golf course “ S´Era de Pula “ (with his magnificent restaurant).
Take a walk on the tipical market at friday morning in Son Servera. At 8 km you reach Artá in the North of the island.
Artá is an authentic and romantic town with old, narrow streets and a beautifully restored centre.
The white and long sandy beaches nearly are 3km – 5km (Costa de los Pinos and Cala Millor Beaches). Within only
a few minutes you can reach several of the small "calas" situated on the North and East coast, like Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta.
Various interesting golf courses, like Canyamel, Son Servera and Capdepera are in easy reach.
Accomodation
The house lies in a 14.000 mª big area and S’Aigo Dolça Villa has 300 mª,
distributed in 2 levels, with every comforts and equipped in a high standing. All the House is decorated very elegant
and tastefully furnished. You have Central-heating in everywhere and air conditioned in every bedroom.
Ground Floor
The living-room is very elegant and comfortable with satellite TV, DVD and a closed fire-place.
The elegant dining room has a large dinning table.
The Kitchen is fully equipped for 8 people with: Fridge, oven, vitro-cooker, dishwasher, washing-machine,
dryer-machine, microwave etc. There is also a Laundry-room next to the kitchen.
You have 2 double bedrooms:
1 Double bedroom with double bed of 1,50m
1 Double bedroom with twin beds of 0.90m each.
1 complete bathroom with shower.
You have a large Terrace of 90 mª with marvellous sea views and views over the pool area.
First Floor
Here you also have 2 double bedrooms:
1 main double bedroom with double-bed of 1.80m + 1 dressing room
1 double bedroom with twin beds of 0.90m each.
The bedrooms are looking to a large terrace of 40 mª with marvellous sea views
and with nice views over the Pool area. All rooms are splendidly and tastefully decorated.

In the exterior area you can enjoy fantastic views over the sea and various covered terraces
around the House with an spectaculars views. The private swimming pool is 10m x 5m long and
with a depth of 0.80m x 1.80m very safety for children and with roman steps.
Also there is a covered Parking at the back of the house.
The surroundings invite to long walks by bike or horses walks or to stay in a romantic house
corner with a good book.
