There is a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m).

There is a garden, a garage for 5 cars and a private swimming pool (12m x 5 m in length and depth of 1m to 2m) with sun loungers, outside shower, portable barbecue, garden table and chairs.
On summer nights you can also enjoy dinner at one of the terraces.
