Location
The Villa S´Hort lies in the street from Son Servera to Artá in
the northeast of the island, at 2km from Artá town.
This Villa is the ideal starting point to visit the close up villages of Artá, Son Servera and Capdepera, where you can
find typical Majorcan restaurants and bars. The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres
and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit are the
“Caves of Canyamel” where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and
also the Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo are worth to visit. Visit the traditional market of Artá at on tuesday morning.
The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car, Canyamel sandy Beach. The sandy beaches and "calas" of the North-East
coast with its cristal clear water invite to take a refreshing swim or a sunbath.
The finca is the ideal spot for golf players because of its proximity to some of the most famous golf courses of the island.
It is situated at 3 km from the 18 hole "S´Era de Pula" golf course near Son Servera. Other excellent golf courses like
Costa de los Pinos, Capdepera and Canyamel are only about 10-15 minutes away.
Accommodation
The ground floor has 3.800mª and the house S´Hort has 100mª + terraces.
The living room with SAT-TV has a dinning table for 4 persons and direct access to the covered terrace.
The kitchen is totally equipped with: oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing-machine, dryer-machine etc.
It has direct access to the terrace with nice views to the private swimming pool.
There are 2 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double bed of 1.50m x 1.90m.
1 double bedroom with twinbeds of 0.90m x 1.90m.
1 complete bathroom with shower and bathtube.
Undoubtely the best of the house is the exterior area with the private swimming pool of 4m x 8m and a depth
from 1.60m up to 1.80m. The covered terrace with dinning table and nice views to the swimming pool invite to eat
outside in the warm nights of summer. You have sundbeds, umbrellas and barbeque. Also you have a little playground
with trampoline etc.
