Location
The country house Sa Font Calenta, built in the year 2007,
is located near the village of Artá (2 km) in the North-East of Majorca and at 3 km from
the Famous Betlem hermitage. The finca provides panoramic views over the the Mountains and the area is very quite.
The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car. The finca is the ideal spot for golf players because of its proximity
to some of the most famous golf courses of the island. You can reach "Pula Golf" within 7 km and Capdepera, Canyamel
and Cala Rajada are only 5-10 minutes away. The villages Artá and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres
and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the
"Caves of Canyamel" where you can see one of the highest, freestanding cave columns, the "Reina".
This Villa is the ideal starting point to visit the close up villages of Artá, Capdepera, Son Servera where you can find
typical Majorcan restaurants and bars.
The sandy beaches and "calas" of the North-East coast with its cristal clear water invite to swim or sunbath on their warm sands.
Accomodation
The finca lies in a 15.000 mª big area and is located in a very quite area.
The house has 220mª + terrace.
The Living-room with Satellite TV, CD, DVD etc. is very shining and very spacious. It is looking to the covered
terrace with marvellous panoramic views and has direct access to the terrace.
The Kitchen with dining area for 6 people is fully equipped with: Washing-machine, dryer-machine, dishwasher,
oven, cooker vitro, microwave, fridge etc.
The house has 3 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double bed of 135 cm
+ 1 complete bathroom en suite with shower.
2 double Bedrooms with Twin-beds of 0.90 cm each.
1 complete Bathroom with shower.
In the Exterior area there is the large covered terrace with dinning area,
with a portable barbecue and marvellous views over the Private pool and to the mountains.
The Private Pool (9m x 3m) and (0.60m x 1.80m) of depth has roman steeps. Sun beds invite you to take a sunbath.
