The villa is located 2 km from
Artá , is an authentic and romantic town with old,
narrow streets and the beautifully restored centre. The Finca
Son Catiu is just the right spot to start excursions discovering
the North of the island by car, or taking long walks around this
beautiful town. Within only a few minutes you can reach several
of the small "calas" situated on the North and East
coast, like Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta. The long and sandy beaches
of Alcudia and Cala Millor are approx. 10 minutes away (by car).
Various interesting golf courses, like Canyamel, Son Servera
and Capdepera, are in easy reach.

and depth ( 0.80m x 1.80m ) and with roman steeps and with Its
Magnificent SPA and
there is also a Barbecue area with a rest area with sofas
