Location
Can Jordi is an old house which was built in 1850 and has been renovated with
tasteful modern style to create a special home that combines convenience and indulgence. It lies in the village of Búger
in the north of the island Mallorca.
Búger is maybe the smallest village of Mallorca. Because of its privileged situation in the center of the island,
Búger is the ideal starting point to discover Mallorca. In 10min by car you reach Inca, the city of the leather and
in 18km you reach the white sandy beaches of Alcudia and Port de Pollença. Búger is one of the typical Mallorca
villages which preserved his rural character. Here you will find the tranquillity for spend relaxed holidays.

Can Jordi has a 350mª area and a surface of 270mª, distributed in 2 levels.
There is air conditioner (warm-cold) in the whole house.
Ground Floor
The living room divided into 2 spaces separted wisely has SAT-TV, DVD, CD. You have direct access to the big
terrace with nice views to the landscape.
The kitchen with dinning table is fully equipped with: electric oven, glass cooker, microwave, fridge,
dish washer,
freezer etc. There is a laundry room with the washing-machine and dryer machine.
There is a stone covered old wine cellar underneath the living room.
1 toilette room.
First Floor
There are 3 double bedrooms:
1 Suite with a double-bed of 1.50m x 1.90m
+ 1 complete bathroom with shower and bathtub en suite.
2 double bedrooms with twin-beds, each 0.90m x 1.90m.
1 complete bathroom with shower.
There is a large terrace overlooking the nice landscape.
In the outside area you have a stone arch opens to a covered terrace. You find the privated
swimming pool of 4m x 4m and a depth of 2m with whirlpool and panoramic views to the countryside.
You have an outside shower.
