Location
The Country House Cas Pobler is located in the
foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. The Finca lies in a very quite area, at 1 km from
Caimari with its extra own olive Oil (High quality) and 2 km faraway from Selva Town.
The House is an ideal starting point for excursions discovering Majorca and the mountains or just to
take long and relaxing walks. Selva itself has some small shops and a few typical bars and restaurants.
The nearby town Inca, 5 min by car, famous for being Majorca’s "leather town", offers more
shopping possibilities and every Thursday a weekly market takes place near the town centre. Without a doubt
one of the most popular leisure activities is walking and hiking in the mountains. Discover the picturesque
hamlet of Binibona with only 20 inhabitants and the neighbouring villages of Caimari, Moscari and Selva!
It´s worth to visit the monastery of Lluc in the morning when the boy´s chorus „Los Blavets“
of the private school of Lluc sings.
By car you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches near Alcudia and Pollenca in the North in approx. 30 min.
Near Pollenca lies an excellent 18-hole golf course or in the other direction to the South there are also
some excellent golf courses between Palma and Santa Ponsa. If you want to visit the island capital Palma
we recommend leaving your car in Inca and taking the train to the town, so you don’t have to worry
about parking rules and fees.
Accomodation
The finca has 2.000 mª and Cas Pobler House has 150 mª.
Simple standard interior decoration but very well equipped in general. There is Air conditioning in everywhere (warm-cold).
The House has 3 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double-bed (1.35m).
2 double bedrooms with twin-beds (0.90m).
2 complete bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower.
Next to the bedrooms with twin-beds you have a typical Majorcan terrace, “Patio”, very nice.
The living-room very cosy with kitchenette and very well equipped, has
Satellite TV, DVD, CD, Internet connection and a wood stove.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with: refrigerator, washing-machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge,
microwave, electric coffee pot, toaster, iron etc.
Also there is another small kitchen next to the Room area.
Next to the living-room there is a great Rustic dinning room
with panoramic windows.
The best of the house are undoubtely the exteriors.
In the garden, between the swimming-pool, there’s an external kitchen very pleasant in summer.
The garden has a big variety of plants.
The Private Swimming-pool is totally fenced, very safe for children and it has a longitude of (4m x 9m)
and a depth of (1.40m x 2.50m).
You have a barbeque.
