Location
Finca Son Moro Vell is located in the northeast of the island with distant sea views (1 km), where you can see the bay of Cala Millor. It is an ideal starting point to go hiking.
It is about 2 km from the village of Son Servera. Stroll through the typical market on a Friday morning and have a cup of coffee in one of the bars in the square.
The nearest beach is Cala Millor which is 1 km away and the beach of Costa de Los Pinos which is 2 km away, both are white sand beaches.
About 15 minutes drive you will find the town of Artà and the village on the coast of Canyamel, with its white sandy beaches and its famous caves. Arta and Canyamel, with their caves, with its almost medieval air, invite you to stroll and explore the small alleys and great restaurants to be found there.
In the caves you will find always the same temperature of 20° C in summer as in the winter.
For a night out we recommend a visit to the towns of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada. In the town of Son Servera there are several restaurants typical Majorcan and International.
In the coastal towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma or S'Illot during the summer season one can find, apart from white sand beaches, an International Tourism Environment, which offers various water sports.
Golf enthusiasts will love the house because of its 4 excellent golf courses close by, which are around Son Servera, Pula Golf, technically very demanding, Canyamel and Capdepera.

The Finca Son Moro Vell has 14.000m² and the house has about 325m² built and distributed on two levels.
In total, the house is equipped for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms.
Also has central heating in the whole House and Internet (modem).

The living room is very spacious, bright and tastefully decorated, has satellite TV, CD Music, DVD, etc...
The kitchen and dining room are also very spacious and bright, fully equipped with fridge, oven, vitro-ceramic, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fireplace...
There is also a large dining table which comfortably sits 8 or more people. It also has direct access to the porch overlooking the pool.
1 bedroom with 2 beds: 1 double bed (1.10mx 1.85m) + 1 bed (0.90 x 2m).
1 bedroom with 2 beds: 1 double bed (1.30mx 1.85m) + 1 bed (0.90 x 2m).
1 bathroom with bathtub and shower.
First Floor
1 bedroom with double bed 1.50m x 1.90m.

Exterior Area
Outside is the private pool which is 1.20m high, which is accessed with a ladder. The pool has a length of (6.10mx 3.25m) and the depth throughout pool is 1.20m.
The porch has a dining table comfortably sitting 8 people. The house has different garden furniture such as: 2 garden tables for 6 people and 8 sunbeds, so you can enjoy wonderful dinners on the nights of summer.
