Location
The house N´ Aguait is located in the coastal town of Cala Ratjada in the
extreme northeast of the island. It´s placed in an urbanization of houses at few metres from the coast.
The nearest beaches and „calas“ are the „calas“ of N` Aguait and Na Pedruscada at 100m and the white sandy
beach of Son Moll at 500m. Cala Ratjada was a fisher harbour. Today is one of the touristically areas of Majorca.
You can find a big variety of restaurant, tipical majorican or international, bars, cafés and discos.
Take a walk along the waterside promenade. Visit also the nearby towns of Artá, an authentic and romantic town with old,
narrow streets and the beautifully restored centre and Capedepera with his medieval castle. Take a walk on the tipical market
of Artá on tuesday morning. The towns invite you to experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants.
Another place to visit are the "Caves of Artá" " where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina".
Accomodation
N´Aguait has 1.000 mª and the House has 230 mª. You have air conditioning in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms.
Ground Floor:
The Living-room is spacious and shining with wood fireplace-grill, as well is completely equipped with
Satellite TV, DVD, CD. You also have direct access to the covered terrace and garden with nice views.
The Kitchen has a dinning table and it is fully equipped with: glass-cooker, electric oven, dishwasher,
fridge etc. In the 2 larders you have a washing-machine and dryer. You have direct access to the big covered terrace
with nice views to the mountains and the private pool.
3 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double bed of 1.50m x 1.90m.
2 double bedrooms with twin-beds of 0.90m x 1.90m.
1 complete bathroom with shower and tube.
1 complete bathroom with tube.
First Floor:
1 double bedroom with double bed of 1.60m x 1.90m with access to the terraces
with fantastic views over the mountains and sea views.
Ouside area
Undoubtedly the best of the house is the exterior with the big covered Terrace with dinning area
and sofas for relax and with marvellous views over the private pool with long of
(8m x 4m) and depth of (0.80m x 1.80m) shared for the children security. It is provided of garden furniture and sun-beds.
You have a little playground and there is also a Barbecue.
Outside you can find another bathroom with shower.
