Location
The nice Villa Son Jaumell, built in 2002, lies,
surrounded by pines, in the Nature Park Llevant in the northeast of the island.
The Villa has beautiful sea and mountain views and is situated between the towns
of Cala Ratjada (2km) and Capedepera (1km).
Visit the nearby towns of Artá, an authentic and romantic town with old, narrow streets
and the beautifully restored centre and Capedepera with his medieval castle. Take a walk
on the tipical market of Artá on tuesday morning. The towns invite you to experience the real
Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit are the "Caves of Artá"
where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina".
You have a private path to the beach of Cala Agulla (500m) and within only a few minutes you can reach several
of the small "calas" situated on the North and East coast, like Son Moll, Cala Mesquida and Font de Sa Cala.
The coastal towns of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada offer a big variety of Nightlife.
The location of the Villa is ideal for golf players because of his vicinity to the golf course of Capdepera,
Canyamel or Pula Golf. The capital of the island Palma de Mallorca you can reach in 60minutes.
Accommodations
The Finca has 50.000m² and the house has 450m². There is central heating.
Entering the house you find the large entrance hall.
The living-room with dinning area, very spacious and shining, has 60m² and fire-place.
It is very big and provided of Satellite TV, DVD, CD. You have direct access to the big garden and pool
with nice sea views.
The kitchen, very big, is fully equipped and provided of: dishwasher, washing-machine,
fridge, freezer, glass cooker, microwave and oven. Near to the kitchen you can find a dining room.
The house has 5 double bedrooms, all of them with sea views and direct access
to the outside area (except one):
The main bedroom is very big with double-bed of (1.80m) and a dressing room
+ 1 complete bathroom en suite with tube.
1 bedroom with double-bed of (1.60m).
3 bedrooms with twin-beds of 0.90m.
1 complete bathroom with shower.
1 complete bathroom with shower and tube.
Exterior Area
The covered terrace has nice sea views and pool and
mountain views. The dinning table for 8 people invites to dinner outside.
Undoubtely the best of the house is the outside with 6.000m² garden
and private pool (10m x 5m) and with depth of (0.80m x 2.10m). You have sunbeds and a garden shower.
Barbeque avilable.
