The Costa de los Pinos Area is located near Son Servera
village at approximately 4km from the urban nucleus, at 2km
from Cala Bona and at 4km of Cala Millor. It´s at only 500m from 2 wonderful
coves
(small beaches) little known, the Torrent dels Morts and
Rivell, ideal for the children, with crystalline waters
and corners where to play without the danger of getting lost.
At 1km there is the beach of the Costa de los Pinos and at 4
the white sandy beach of Cala Millor. Cala Bona with its small Fishing Port and Cala Millor
with its sandy Beaches offer
variation and amusement to the visitors. There are many possibilities of practising different sports:
Aquatics, Equine.
The unique situation allows them several possibilities for exploring
the island of Majorca.
The nearby villages Son Servera, Arta and Capdepera invite
with Its bars and hospitable cafés and the squares shaded
to experiencing the tranquility of a typical and original Majorca.
For the lovers of the golf the Golf Club is at 1km and
at only 4 km Pula Golf, at 15 km there are the courses of Canyamel
and at 20 km that of Arta.

2 bedrooms and in the Lounge.

3 Bedrooms with 2 beds each one of 90 cm.
2 complete bathrooms with bath, one of them in suite.

gas cooker, electrical oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc.
Also there is a Larder totally equipped with China and
kitchen utensils.
Laundry-room with washing-machine, dryer, iron,
ironing board etc.
The kitchen and the lounge have direct exit to different
terraces with wonderful views over the Garden and to the private
swimming pool; with a table for 8 persons and another table for
6 persons.
The Covered Terraces
around all the house of approximately 40 m² with portable
Barbecue and different zones to eat and with Marvellous Views
to the Private Swimming Pool of length (9m x 5m) and
depth
of (1m x 2m).
The very big garden with exterior shower and provided with hammocks
and with wonderful views to the mountains.
