Location
Villa Conies is a house of new construction (2010), which lies between
Manacor (2km) and Colonia Sant Pere (19km), in the east of the island.
Manacor is the second biggest city of Mallorca. It´s famous for the fabrication of the artificial pearls
(Majorica) and the furniture. It is famous for his tennis player Rafael Nadal who was born here and
began to play tennis. Have a walk through the typical market on Monday mornining.
A few kilometers away lies the nice village of Porto Cristo known worldwide for its caves of Drach,
with the biggest subterranean sea, the Martel sea, of the world.
In Manacor you have shopping possibilities and you can find all types of entertainment offered by a city.
The nearest beaches are 15km far, Porto Cristo.
Also you find beaches in Cala Millor and Can Picafort.
Accomodation
The Finca has 20.000mª and the house has 400mª distributed in 2 floors with.
Villa Conies is tastefully furnished. There is central heating and air conditioning (warm/cold).
The living room with a chimney is very spacious and shining. It is provided of: SAT TV, couch etc.
The big kitchen (50mª) is completely equipped with dish-washer, glass cooker, oven, microwave etc.
Also there is one big dinning-table for 12 people. Next to the kitch you find a laundry room with
washing-machine and dryer.
1 toilette room.
There are 6 double bedrooms (each 45mª) with complete bathrooms en suite:
All the bedrooms have a double bed of 1.80m x 2m and the 6 bathrooms have bathtub whirlpool and shower.
Each suite has couches, SAT TV, fridge, CD, safe etc.
In the outside area you have the private pool of 10m x 4m and a depth of 1m till 1.75m.
Sun beds and umbrellas invite to take a sunbath. You have an outside shower and barbeque.
