Location
Can Andreu is an old manor house which lies at 2 km from
the village Petra and offers nice landscape and mountain views. The house was built in the 16. Century
and is totally reformed.
The nearest beaches are the white sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Cala Millor, both at 20km more or less.
Visit the sanctuary of Bonany and enjoy the spectacular views and the town of the pearls and furnitures of Manacor.
Also we recommend you to take a walk through the tipical market at Petra and through the old tipical mallorquin village
with his bars and restaurants. Visit the birth house of Juníper Serra, the founder of a lot of american towns like
San Francisco.
Accomodation
The house of Can Andreu lies in an area of 100 hectare and has 420mª.
All the house is decorated very elegant, so you have important paintings and old furnitures of the 16., 17.
and 18. century. You have heating.
The living room has SAT TV, DVD, CD and sofas.
The big kitchen with dinning table is totally equipped with oven, gas cooker,
fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, dryer-machine etc.
The dinning room is very big and has direct access to the outside area.
You have 2 Suites:
1 Suite with double bed of 1.50m x 1.90m and
1 Suite with twin-beds of 0.90m x 1.90m.
Each with a small living-room and complete bathroom with bathtube.
There is another double bedroom with double bed of 1.50m x 1.80m.
1 toilettroom with shower.
In the outside area you have the private swimming-pool (8m x 4m) and
a depth up to 2m, surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds.
The house is the ideal place for celebrate different types of events up to 400 persons.
You have a big dinning-room, an old wine cellar with bar, a chapel, a big terrace etc. for celebrate weddings,
