Location
Villa Bonany is a recently renovated house (2008).
The house is in a protected area, practically in the middle of a forest and offers stunning views of the mountains and the Sanctuary of Bonany.
The nearest beaches are the white sandy beaches of Cala Millor and Can Picafort, both beaches are about 20km away.
Visit the sanctuary of Bonany and the town of the pearls and furnitures of Manacor.
Also we recommend you to take a walk through the tipical market at Petra (3km) on Wednesdays and through the old tipical mallorquin village with his bars and restaurants. Visit the birth house of Juníper Serra, the founder of a lot of american towns like San Francisco.

The house of Villa Bonany lies in an area of 20.000mª and the house has 400mª, distributed on 3 floors.
The house is decorated very elegant. The house is equipped for (8 +2) persons and has 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + 1 guest toilet.
Main floor
The living room is very roomy and bright and tastefully decorated, has satellite TV and comfortable leather sofas.
There is also a large window to enjoy the wonderful mountain views and a direct access to a large terrace from which to enjoy the quietness and admire the landscape.
There are 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 1.80m x 2.00m bed.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m.
1 bathroom with bathtub and shower.
1 bedroom with double bed 1.50mx 2.00m + 1 bathroom en suite with shower.
There are 2 extra beds of 0.90m x 2.00m.
First Floor
1 attic bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.90m x 2m each and a window with fantastic views of the sanctuary and the mountain.
+ 1 bathroom with a circular bathtup en suite.
Ground floor
The kitchen-dining room which is very roomy and bright and has music CDs and a fireplace. There is also a large dining table comfortably sitting 10 persons and with direct access to the porch, with wonderful views to the garden and the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gasstove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...
1 WC.
Exterior Area
In the outside area you have the private swimming-pool (11m x 5m) and with depth of 0m till 2m, surrounded with sunbeds. On those lovely summer nights you can also enjoy dinner on the magnificent porch.
