Location
Can Fiol is a typical mallorquin house situated between Pollença
and Port de Pollença. You reach at 2.5km Port de Pollença and at 3km Pollença Village.
Pollença lies in the north of the island. It was the preferred destination for painters and artists at the beginning
of the century getting inspiration of the beauty of the place and his wonderful surroundings.
Take a walk on the typical market on Sunday morning or climb up to the Calvary with the fantastic views.
In Pollensa invite you many art galeries and also you can find shopping possibilities.
Visit also the Cap of Formentor (15minutes) with his fantastic view and the monastery of Lluc (10minutes) in the
morning when the boy´s chorus „Los Blavets“ of the private school of Lluc sings.

The Finca has 11.000mª and the house Can Fiol has 250mª, distributed
in 2 floors. Everywhere you have central heating and air conditioner in the 3 bedrooms.
Ground Floor
The living-room has SAT-TV, DVD and CD.
The dinning room has a dinning table for 6 people.
The Kitchen, also with dinning table for 6 people, is fully equipped with oven, glass cooker,
microwave, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, washing machine etc. It has direct access to the covered terrace
and the garden.
1 complete bathroom with shower.
First Floor
There are 3 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double-bed of 1.60m x 1.90m
+ 1 complete bathroom with shower en suite.
1 double bedroom with double-bed of 1.35m x 1.80m
1 double bedroom with twin-beds each 0.90m x 1.90m.
Undoubtley the best of the house is the exterior area with
the garden and big covered terrace of 25mª with dinning table. The privated pool (10m x 5m and
a depth of 1m – 2m) is surrounded by sundbeds which invite to take a sunbath.
You also have a barbecue with a dinning table.
