Location
Villa Porto Colom is a Villa of new construction, built in typical
mallorquin style and lies in sureast of the island of Mallora, at 3km from the fisher village of Porto Colom.
From the house you can enjoy fantastic views to the sea and to the Porto Colom Village.
Visit Porto Colom a picturesquely fisher village. Walk through the typical artesanal
market on Tuesday morning. You find small sandy coves. At 10min by car you reach Felanitx. Visit the town of Felanitx on Sunday morning and
take a walk to the typical market. Visit the Parish church Sant Miquel (1551 – 1603) and the hermitage of
Sant Salvador, from where you can enjoy nice views to the interior of the island. The sanctuary of Mare de Déu de
Sant Salvador is situated in the mount of Sant Salvador (494m). At the top of the mount you find a Christ Statue
(1928) and next to the mountain you have “El Picot” with an impressive stone cross (1957). In Felanitx
you have shopping possibilities and a great variety of restaurants and bars.
The nearest beaches you find in 3km and the nearest golf course is in Cala d´Or at 5km.

terraces. You have Central Heating in all the house and air conditioner in the bedrooms.

to the terrace with the private pool from where you can enjoy nice seaviews.

dryer-machine and you have a big dinning table.

sea views and views to the village of Porto Colom. You have a big covered terrace with barbeque
and a big dinning table. Around the private swimming pool of 10m x 5m and a depth of 1.30 till 2.15m you have
sundbeds and umbrellas. You have a table tennis plate and a well. Enjoy the fantastic views from the terrace.
