Location
Can Roca is a house which lies in the Mondragó Natural Park in the southeast
of the island. At 900m from the sandy beaches of the east cost.
In 2km you arrive Porto Petro with his nice port. Here find shopping possibilities.
You should visit Santanyí (5km) at a wednesday morning and take a walk through the tipical market.
Also you have to go to the Sant Andreu church for take a look to the fantastic organ from 1762, one of the most spectular
of the island. Visit Cala d´Or with its white houses, the tipical style of Ibiza.
For the golf fans the village is ideal, because it´s located near the golf course of Vall d´Or (10km).
Accomodation
The finca has 4.000mª and the house Can Roca 220mª + terraces. Can Roca has
air conditioning (warm / cold) in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.
There are also heaters.
The living room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool with fireplace has SAT TV, DVD, CD etc.
The spacious dining room has a large table to eat up to 12 people.
The big kitchen is completely equipped with: dish-washer, glass cooker, oven, microwave, washing-machine,
dryer etc. There are another dinning-table and you have direct access to the covered terrace.
Also there is one toilette with shower-room.
There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for up to 4 people:
1 double bedroom with double bed (1.40m x 2m)
+ 1 complete bathroom en suite with shower.
1 double bedrooms with twin-beds (each one 0.90m x 1.90m)
+ 1 complete bathroom en suite with shower.
2 double bedrooms with twin-beds (each one 0.90m x 1.90m).
1 bedroom for 4 people with a bunk-bed with 2 beds of 0.90m x 1.90m and 1 bed of 1.40m x 2m.
1 complete bathroom with bathtube.
Exterior Area
The private swimming-pool (10m x 5 m) and a depth till 2,50m has roman stairs. The covered terrace has a
dinning-table and a barbeque area which invite to come together for a meal.
For the children there is a table soccer and a ping-pong table.
