Location
The Villa Son Burixó, built in 1870, was completly reformed and coverted
in a design villa. It lies
at 2km from Sant Joan and 12km from Manacor.
Manacor is the second biggest city of Mallorca. It´s famous for the fabrication of the artificial pearls (Majorica) and
the furniture. It is famous for his tennis player Rafael Nadal who was born here and began to play tennis.
Visit the nice village of Porto Cristo known worldwide for its caves of Drach, with the biggest subterranean sea,
the Martel sea, of the world.
In Manacor you have shopping possibilities and you can find all types of entertainment offered by a city.
The nearest beaches are in Porto Cristo and Cala Millor.
Accomodation
The Finca has 20.000mª and the house Son Burixó has 250mª. There are ceiling fans in all
the bedrooms.
Ground Floor
The living room has SAT TV, DVD and a dinning area for up to 8 people and direct access to the pool area.
The big kitchen is completly equipped with dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, coffee machine, fridge, freezer,
washing machine etc.
There are 4 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double bed of 1.80m x 2m
+ 1 complete bathroom with shower en suite.
3 double bedrooms with double beds of 1.50m x 1.90m.
1 complete bathroom with shower.
First Floor
You have a reading room with direct access to the terrace with nice landscape views.
Exterior Area
Undoubtely the best of the house is the exterior area with the private swimming-pool of 10m x 5m
and a
depth up to 2m and with roman stairs. Around the pool you find sunbeds and sunshades.
The covered terrace with big dinning table invites to dinner outside in the warm summer nights.
You have barbecue.
