Location
The country house Sa Real is located near the town Sant Llorenç in the North-East
of Majorca. The finca lies in very quite surroundings with fantastic panoramic views.
The village San Lorenzo is about 2 km and Arta about 10 km. In Arta you find good shopping opportunities as well as a recently newly redesigned welcoming city.
Sa Real Villa is located at 8 km from Son Servera village and 10 km from the sandy beaches of Cala Millor, Cala Bona,
Sa Coma and Costa de los Pinos.
Excellent golf courses can be found near Son Servera, Canyamel and Capdepera.

In the exterior area there is the private swimming-pool of 9m x 4m and with a depth of 0.80m x 1.80m with roman stairs.
Around the pool area you have sun beds and an exterior shower.
The covered terrace (30mª) has a dinning area which invite you to eat outside and to enjoy the warm summer nights.
From the terrace you have nice mountain views.
There is a Barbeque.
