The finca lies at 2km from the village of Santa Eugenia in the inner land of Mallorca. It´s worth to visit the
Parc Natural of Santa Eugenia, where you can get to know the flora and fauna of Mallorca.
Take a walk on Wednesday morning through the typical artesanal market of Sineu (17km).
Palma, the capital of Mallorca, is at 17km. Visit the old town of Palma.
The nearest beach is at 18km in the Platja de Palma and the nearest golf course (Golf Park Puntiró) at 5km.

Ses Olleries Petit lies in a ground floor of 2.300mª in the middle of a forest. The main house and the 3 guest apartments has 430mª. Around the swimming-pool there is the main house and the 2 guest apartments. The 3 guest apartment is located a few meters away.

The main house has 2 floors and has 4 double bedrooms.

The living-room with dining area has sofas, SAT TV, chimney and a dining table for 6 Pax.
The kitchen is completely equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washing-maschine etc.
1 double bedroom with double bed 1.35m x 1.90m and SAT TV.
1 complete bathroom with bathtube.
1 guest toilette.
First Floor
There are 3 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double bed (1.50m x 1.90m).
+ 1 complete bathroom with bathtube and shower en suite.
1 double bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 1.90m).
1 double bedroom with trundle bed (0.90m x 1.90m).
Guest Apartment 1 (2 persons)
The guest apartment has 30mª and a double bed (1.50m x 1.90m). You have a small kitchen (2 hotplates, fridge etc.) and a dining table for 4 persons.
Guest Apartment 2 (3 persons)
The guest apartment 2 has a bedroom with double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) and a single bed (0.90m x 1.90m) in the mansard, microwave and SAT TV.
The 2 guest apartments share a complete bathroom with shower.
Guest Apartment 3 (2 persons)
The guest house has 80mª, a living-room with dining area, a small kitchen (fridge, microwave, 2 hotplates), 1 complete bathroom with bathtube and 1 double bedroom with double bed (1.50m x 1.90m).
In the exterior area you have the private pool (11m x 4,50m) and a depth of 0,40m till 2m. Around the pool there are sofas, different dining tables and sunbeds.
You have a pool table, 2 gas hotplates and a barbecue.
