Location
The very nice Finca Villa Blanca is an old house, reformed totally in 2009.
It´s near the village of Son Carrió in the northeast of the island, at 3 km from the white sandy beaches
of Cala Millor. The house lies in a nice area. The finca surroundings are full of almond trees and
especially beautiful when all those
trees are blooming during the months of January and February.
You can reach Son Servera within 5 minutes by car and here
you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Also you can find the nearest sandy
beaches 3km in Cala Millor, Cala Bona, S’Illot and Costa de los Pinos, 7km, all of them sandy beaches.
You should visit also Porto Cristo village and its sandy Beach with its Famous Caves and Arta Village, old town, with its
beautifully renovated town centre and the fantastic "Canyamel Caves"! The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit
their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to
visit is the "Caves of Canyamel” where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns the "Reina".
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S´IIlot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife
entertainment. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and
Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.

The finca has 15.000mª and the house 250mª distributed in 2 levels.
Ground Floor
The shining living room with dining area has a dining table for 8 people and direct access to the terrace
with nice views. It has Sat TV, DVD, CD etc.
The open kitchen is fully euqipped with: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, glass-cooker, electric oven, mircrowave etc.
1 double bedroom with double bed of (1.60m x 1.90m).
1 complete bathroom with shower.
First Floor
3 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double bed of 1.60m x 2m
+ 1 complete bathroom with bathtube en suite.
1 double bedroom with bed of 1.35m x 1.90m.
1 double bedroom with twin-beds of 0.90m x 1.90m each one.
From two of the bedrooms you have direct access to a terrace of 40mª with nice views over the pool.
1 complete bathroom with shower.
Outside area
Undoubtely the best of the house is the outside area with 400mª of garden and the private swimming pool
(5m x 10m) and a depth up to 1.80m and with whirlpool. You have two terraces, one next to the swimming pool
and another with barbeque and a exterior kitchen. Every terrace has a dining table for up to 8 people. Around
the pool you have sunbeds and parasols which invite you to take a sunbath.
You have a laundry outside with washing machine, iron etc.
