Location
Pula Bonita is a very quite country house, built in 2003,
and located near the village of Son Servera
(1 km) in the North-East of Majorca.
The finca surroundings are full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those
trees are blooming during the months of January and February.
You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes by car and here you can find good shopping
possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. You should visit Arta with its beautifully
renovated town centre and the fantastic "Artá Caves"! The villages Artá and Canyamel
invite you to visit their historic
centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place
to visit are the "Caves of Artá" where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns,
the "Reina".
At 1.5 km are Costa de los Pinos and Cala Bona, all of them sandy beaches.
The nearby touristic area of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S´Illot with sandy beaches
offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. During the summer diferent kinds of water sports
can be practised there.
Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.
Accomodation
Pula Bonita lies in a 15.000 m2 big area and the house has approximately 160 m2 constructed + 300 mª of garden.
There is central heating in the whole house and fans that will relieve the heat in summer.
The house has 2 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double bed 1.50m.
1 double bedroom with twin beds of 0.90m each one.
1 complete bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The Lounge-dining room, spacious and very cozy with chimney, has DVD, CD and TV Satellite, and nice
views to the garden and to the Private Swimming pool.
The completely equipped Kitchen has: dishwasher, ceramic hob, stove, fridge, washing-machine etc.
There is a covered terrace or Veranda with a view to the garden and the swimming pool and a dinning table.
In the Exterior there is the nice and elegant garden with Private Swimming-pool (4m x 8m and
with a depth between 1.10 m and 1.80 m). In the area of the swimming pool are sun beds and parasols which
invite to take a sunbath. From the garden you have nice views to the mountains and the surroundings.
