Location
S´Estepar is a very nice villa of new construction. It has been built in 2004 and it is
located in a very quite area at 2 km from typical majorcan town of Son Servera with his famous Golf course Sera de Pula
also with his magnificent restaurant.
In 8 km you find Artá, in the North of the island with its authentic and romantic town with old, narrow streets and
the beautifully restored centre.
The white and long sandy beaches nearly are: 3 km – 5km from Costa de los Pinos and Cala Millor Beaches.
Within only a few minutes you can reach several of the small "calas" situated on the North and East coast, like Cala Mesquida,
Cala Torta. Various interesting golf courses, like Canyamel, Son Servera and Capdepera, are in easy reach.
Accommodation
The Villa has 15.000 m2 and S’Estepar house has 160 m2 + 500 m2 of garden.
There is central heating in the whole house.
The house has 3 double bedrooms:
1 Double bedroom with double-bed (160cm x 190cm) + Safe Box
+ 1 complete Bathroom with bathtube en suite.
2 double bedrooms with twin-beds of 90 cm in every bedroom.
1 complete bathroom with shower.
The Living-room is very spacious and sunny with dinning area and has chimney, CD Player, Satellite TV etc. It is facing
to the large covered terrace with dinning area too and with nice views to the private garden and pool.
The Kitchen is been built in majorcan style and it's fully equipped: washing-machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven,
fridge etc.
Exterior
In the exterior area there's a covered terrace with dinning area and a great private garden (500 m2) and
private pool (3.5m x 8m) with nice views to the mountain.
Also there's a covered Parking. You also have barbecue.
