Location
Can Ullastre is a country house, built in 2005 and located 1km from the village
of Son Servera in the North-East of Majorca. The finca surroundings are full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those
trees are blooming during the months of January and February.
You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes by car and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical
restaurants and bars. You should visit Arta with its beautifully renovated town centre and the
fantastic "Artá Caves"! The villages Artá and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic
centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit are the "Caves
of Artá" where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina".
At 1.5 km are Cala Millor, Costa de los Pinos, Cala Bona, all of them sandy beaches.
The nearby touristic area of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S´Illot with sandy beaches
offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. During the summer diferent kinds of water sports
can be practised there.
Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.

and the House has 160 m2 + Covered Terrace.
The House has 3 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double-bed of 150 cm
+ 1 complete bathroom with bathtub en suite.
2 double bedrooms with twin-beds each 90 cm.
1 complete bathroom with bathtub.
The Kitchen with its larder is fully equipped for
6 people or more and it is provided of:
washing-machine, dishwasher, dryer-machine, microwave etc.
There is a Fire-Place and a dinning area for 6 people
or more.
The great living-room with dinning area
is very spacious and shining and has also a Fire-Place, closed this one. It is provided
of: Satellite TV, DVD, CD Player etc.
The Covered Terrace has
40 m2 with dinning area and Barbecue and is provided of sunbeds
and with marvellous views over the Private Pool (8m x 4m) and
with depth of (0.60m x 1.80m) with corner steeps.
You have a big garden with a shower in the Pool area
and with nice mountains views.
