Location
Villa de Pula Petita is a very quite country house, built in 2007,
and located near the village of Son Servera (1 km) in the North-East of Majorca.
The finca surroundings
are full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those
trees are blooming during the months of January and February.
You can reach Son Servera within 2 minutes by car and here you can find good shopping
possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. You should visit Arta with its beautifully
renovated town centre and the fantastic "Artá Caves"! The villages Artá and Canyamel
invite you to visit their historic
centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place
to visit are the "Caves of Artá" where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns,
the "Reina".
At 1.5 km are Costa de los Pinos and Cala Bona, all of them sandy beaches.
The nearby touristic area of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S´Illot with sandy beaches
offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. During the summer diferent kinds of water sports
can be practised there.
Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.

The Villa lies in a 25.000 m² big area
and the House has 110 m² + Covered Terrace.
The House has 2 double bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with double-bed of (1.50m x 1.90m) + 1 shower-room en suite.
1 double bedroom with twin-beds (1m x 2m).
1 complete bathroom with bath.
The Kitchen with its larder
is fully equipped for 6 people or more and it is provided of:
Fridge, Oven, washing-machine, dishwasher, dryer-machine, microwave etc.
There is a dinning area.
The Great living-room
with Air Conditioning is very spacious and shining.
It has a dinning area with an open Fire-Place and
is provided of Satellite TV, CD etc.
The living-room is looking to the covered terrace with nice
views over the mountains and to the Costa de los
Pinos Bay.
The Covered Terrace (30 m²) with dinning area
and Barbecue is provided
of sunbeds and with marvellous views over the Private Pool
(7m x 4m) and with depth of (0.60m x 1.80m) with roman steeps.
The Exterior area is very quite and you can find a shower in the Pool area. Also you have nice
Mountains Views.
