TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We understand that
before You confirm your booking you've read and accepted
Dream's Mallorca booking 's conditions.
1. Every prices are
showed in our web site or in our publicity's magazines ,
with the taxes included .
2. You can do your booking by telephone , fax , e-mail or directly
in our office.
3. Your booking will
be confirmed , when the required deposit will be paid ,
The % required depend of the property's conditions.
The rest of the booking You will be paid by transfer 4 weeks
before Your arrival .
Don't forget include Your Name and The Villa Name…
4. You'll must pay
the deposit required by transfer bank and you'll must send
a copy to the follow fax number : +34.971.56.81.05
Usually , we give you , 3 days for make the bank transfer
and for You send us
a Transfer copy by Fax .
5. When you'll pay the deposit required we'll send you The Booking
Confirmation
And the Receipt of the deposit when we'll received the Transfer
Money .
6. If you don't do
the second payment or the rest of the booking , 4 weeks before
your arrival. We'll understand You want Cancel Your Booking
with us .
You'll must pay the
Rest of Your Booking by transfer bank and you'll must
send
a copy to the follow fax number : +34.971.56.81.05
Usually , we give you , 3 days for make the bank transfer and
for You send us
a Transfer copy by Fax .
When you'll pay the deposit required we'll send you The Booking
Confirmation
And the Receipt of the deposit when we'll received the Transfer
Money.
7. The Properties' Occupation will be the same that at the same
Time when You Confirmed us the Booking . In any case this clause
will be not changed without previous consultation to us.
Also the responsible people of the House's could be forbid
You the entrance in the House In case You increase
the number of people allowed in the house .
8. If you decide to
bring with you your Pet , you'll must advise us in the
same moment That You've do the booking , The Pet will be accept
or not , depend of the Property's Conditions.
9. In case of damages
in the Property caused by the guests or by the clients , these
ones Will must compensate , the Damages Payments directly with
the Responsible People Property and before your departure.
Dream's Mallorca will be exempt of all responsibility .
10. This contract
will be signed with the tenant directly , then you can not let
It again to third a person or to do an Act or a Business with
the rights derived of this contract to a third person.
11. The Time-table
of arrival and departure of the rent's properties will be as
follow :
Arrival Time : 15:00

Departure Time : 10:00 h
In any case this time-table
will be not changed without previous consultation.
12. For every divergences
could be arise in the interpretation of the conditions
for this contract , both parts , with specific resignation to
their own jurisdiction if they had , they submit to the jurisdiction
of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca. |
